The Level 1 Award in Introduction to Mental Health in the Workplace (RQF) is an Ofqual-regulated qualification designed to increase awareness of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.

Delivered by serving firefighters and qualified mental health instructors, the course helps learners recognise common mental health concerns, reduce stigma and feel more confident discussing mental health and supporting others.
