Every instructor holds nationally recognised teaching and assessing qualifications, ensuring learners receive effective, professional training.

• Regular Instructor Meetings – We hold structured meetings to maintain consistency in training and assessment across all our courses.
• Peer Review & Feedback – Instructors give and receive ongoing constructive feedback to promote improvement and uphold our high standards.

• Mandatory Course Evaluations – Every learner completes a feedback form at the end of the course.
• Acting on Feedback – We review all feedback to continually improve content delivery, learner engagement, and outcomes.

Our courses are regularly reviewed by designated Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) assessors, who provide independent evaluations to ensure all delivery and assessment practices are fair, consistent, and compliant.

IQA assessors:

• Observe sessions and assessment techniques.
• Offer valuable, detailed feedback to instructors to drive excellence.

As a Qualsafe Approved Training Centre, we meet and maintain rigorous national standards in first aid and safety education. We undergo regular audits and compliance checks to ensure:

• Our delivery meets Ofqual-regulated requirements.
• All training remains up to date, accurate, and nationally recognised.
