At Safety Train, quality is at the heart of every course we deliver. Our Quality Assurance process ensures our training remains professional, consistent, engaging and compliant with the standards expected of an approved training centre.

Our courses are delivered by serving fire service professionals with extensive real-world emergency experience.

Our instructors hold appropriate teaching, assessing and subject-specific qualifications and undertake ongoing development to maintain high standards across our courses.

We continually review and improve our training through:

• Learner feedback following every course
• Ongoing professional development

Feedback is reviewed and used to improve course delivery, learner experience and outcomes.

Our regulated qualifications are supported by a structured Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) process.

This includes course observations, assessment reviews and instructor feedback to ensure training and assessment remain fair, consistent and compliant.

Safety Train is a Qualsafe Approved Training Centre, enabling us to deliver nationally recognised, Ofqual-regulated qualifications.

Our centre, instructors and quality assurance processes are subject to ongoing monitoring and compliance requirements.

Our approach combines regulated qualifications with the real-world experience of serving firefighters.

The result is practical, engaging training designed not simply to gain a certificate, but to give learners the confidence and skills to respond when it really matters.
