1. The first step if you have a complaint or appeal is to talk to your Trainer/Assessor and they should do everything possible to resolve it immediately. This should involve a private conversation and an explanation as you have a right to a reasonable explanation.
2. If you are still dissatisfied, then you have the right to make a complaint. To make a complaint please email James@safety-train.co.uk with as much information as possible so that we can investigate this fairly and thoroughly. You will receive notification once your complaint has been received by the team, then please allow 10 working days for all complaints to be fully investigated before an outcome.
