1.1 Cancellations
- Free Cancellation (14 Days Notice): If you need to cancel a course, you may do so free of charge up to 14 days before the course start date.
- Late Cancellation (Within 14 Days): If you need to cancel a course within 14 days of the course start date, a 50% charge of the full course fee will apply. This fee must be paid at the time of cancellation.
1.2 Rearrangements
- Rearranging a Course (Within 14 Days): If you need to rearrange a course within 14 days of the start date, a 25% charge of the full course fee will apply. This 25% fee is an additional cost and will not be deducted from the rearranged course fee.
- Further Rearrangement or Cancellation: If you need to cancel or rearrange the rearranged course, a 75% charge of the full course fee will apply. A new booking period begins once all applicable fees have been paid.
1.3 Payment of Fees
- All cancellation and rearrangement fees must be paid promptly as specified above. Failure to pay these fees may result in the forfeiture of your booking and future scheduling.
