The Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) is an Ofqual-regulated qualification designed for workplace first aiders who require a more comprehensive level of training.

Learners develop the practical skills and confidence to respond to a wide range of workplace injuries and medical emergencies.

• Roles and responsibilities of a first aider
• CPR and use of an AED
• Unresponsive casualties and the recovery position
• Choking
• Wounds, bleeding and shock
• Burns and scalds
• Fractures and dislocations
• Seizures and epilepsy
• Anaphylaxis and asthma
• Stroke and heart attack
• Minor injuries

Our blended option combines 6 hours of e-learning with 2 days of face-to-face practical training.

The e-learning is completed before attending the practical sessions, reducing time away from the workplace while still achieving the same regulated qualification.

Learners complete practical and written assessments throughout the course.

Successful learners receive the Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) qualification, valid for 3 years.
