The Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) qualification is specifically designed for individuals who wish to act as a first aider in their workplace. What is Blending Learning: 

Blended learning is an innovative approach to training that combines online digital media with traditional face-to-face instruction. For our comprehensive first aid courses, blended learning means that one of the days is supplemented with 6 hours of e-learning, which must be completed before the start of the face-to-face portion of the course. This allows learners to engage with the material at their own pace and convenience.

How It Works:

• E-Learning Component: Learners complete 6 hours of online training in their own time before attending the face-to-face sessions. This online component covers essential theoretical knowledge and foundational skills.
• Face-to-Face Training: The in-person sessions focus on practical skills, hands-on training, and real-life scenarios to ensure comprehensive understanding and application of first aid techniques.

At Safety Train, we always recommend face-to-face training for the entire course, as it provides the best opportunity for interactive learning and immediate feedback from instructors. However, we understand that it’s not always feasible. Our blended learning option offers flexibility while still ensuring that learners receive high-quality training.

Assessments and Certification: 

Learners will complete practical and written assessments to ensure they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to administer effective first aid in the workplace. Upon completion of this course, learners will receive a certificate and will remain qualified first aiders at work for 3 years.
